About Terms of Use feature

For the Terms of Use feature you have Seller Terms of Use and Bidder Terms of Use.  Thing is I won't be having auction listings, so is it possible to change Bidder Terms of use to say Buyer Terms of Use?

You would change the text in themes/default/languages/classifieds.english.php file
