Not happy

In the last few days I've purchased over $100 of products and although responses to my help requests were initially very helpful and timely, this has not been the case over the last 24 hours.  Not happy!

I did miss the reply in watermark topic if that is the one you are referring to. I did not see it since you modified your post. I saw the initial saying thanks but did not see later that you changed the post. Try to keep one post per question. Or add a reply so I can see it.

Also it is a holiday weekend and I am not always around during those times or weekends in general.
