Seller ToU not showing

As a test, I listed an example/dummy ad, but there was nothing telling me to accept the Seller ToU; there was no check-box, nothing at all.

Are you logged in as admin? If so logout and login as a normal user and try

Yes, I was logged in as admin, but logging in as a regular member worked; a link to the seller ToU was showing and clicking on it generated the ToU text, so thank you.
I now know why it wasn't showing when logged in as admin, because the system assumes that I can view the seller ToU via the classifieds settings...
