can the admin add banners manually?

As an admin, can I just add banners manually that are good for one year with no limits on impressions?  I have a small number of advertisers, most of which are going to want to send me a paper check, so I don't really want to use any payment gateways. Most of them would never figure it out. I can FTP in to add the image for the banner, so it's on my server, not theirs.  Thanks in advance for help.

Yes, you can add banners manually. For one year you can set an end date on the banner and that would do what you need it to do.
