Tidy Child Board settings?

I am having to move my site to a new host and circumstances have me starting from scratch. Is there a settings section added to the admin panel on install to adjust the columns? For the life of me I cannot find any if it exists. Thanks!

Should be under Admin -> Features and Options -> Layout Settings
